Product Overview
AD8012 is a dual, low power, current feedback amplifier capable of providing 350MHz bandwidth while using only 1.7mA per amplifier. It is intended for use in high frequency, wide dynamic range systems where low distortion and high speed are essential and low power is critical. It is widely used in application such as XDSL, HDSL line drivers, ADC buffers, professional cameras, CCD imaging systems, ultrasound equipment, digital cameras etc.
- Fully specified for 5V and +5V supplies
- High output current is 125mA typ
- Slew rate is 2,250V/s typ at (VOUT = 4V p-p)
- Settling time is 20ns typ at (0.1%, VOUT = 2V p-p)
- Differential gain error is 0.02% typ
- Differential phase error 0.06°
- Gain flatness 0.1dB to 40MHz typ
- Overdrive recovery is 60ns typ
