ADG1633 is a monolithic industrial CMOS (iCMOS®) analogue switch comprising three independently selectable single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switches. The ultralow on resistance and on-resistance flatness of the switch make them ideal solutions for data acquisition and gain switching applications, where low distortion is critical. iCMOS construction ensures ultralow power dissipation, making the parts ideally suited for portable and battery-powered instruments. It is widely used in application such as communication systems, medical systems, audio signal routing, video signal routing, automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, battery-powered systems, sample-and-hold systems, relay replacements etc.

• On resistance is 4.5ohm typical
• On-resistance flatness is 1 ohm
• Upto 126mA continuous current
• Single-supply operation is 3.3V to 16V
• Dual-supply operation is ±3.3V to ±8V
• No VL supply required, 3V logic-compatible inputs, rail-to-rail operation
• −3dB bandwidth is 103MHz typ at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
• Total harmonic distortion + noise (THD+N) is 0.3% typ
• Operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C, active-low EN pin
• Packaging style is 16-lead thin shrink small outline package [TSSOP]
