Product Overview
LTC®6655 is a complete family of precision bandgap voltage reference, offering exceptional noise and drift performance. This low noise and drift is ideally suited for the high resolution measurements required by instrumentation and test equipment. Advanced curvature compensation allows this bandgap reference to achieve a drift of less than 2ppm/°C with a predictable temperature characteristic and an output voltage accurate to ±0.025%, reducing or eliminating the need for calibration. Superior load regulation with source and sink capability, coupled with exceptional line rejection, ensures consistent performance over a wide range of operating conditions. A shutdown mode is provided for low power applications. Typical applications are instrumentation and test equipment, high resolution data acquisition systems, weigh scales, precision battery monitors, precision regulators, medical equipment.
- Output voltage noise is 0.25ppmP-P (0.1Hz ≤ f ≤ 10Hz)
- Sinks and sources current is ±5mA
- Line regulation (VOUT + 0.5V ≤ VIN ≤ 13.2V, SHDN = 2V) is 25ppm/V
- Operating voltage ( ISOURCE = 5mA, VOUT Error ≤ 0.1%) is 13.2V maximum
- Low dropout voltage of 500mV
- Low power shutdown is <lt/>20µA maximum
- Output voltage is 2.5V
- Initial accuracy is 0.05%, temperature coefficient is 5ppm/°C
- 8-lead plastic MSOP package
