Product Overview
The MAX5477EUD+ is a dual non-volatile linear taper digital potentiometer in 14 pin TSSOP package. This device combines two independently controlled 256 position potentiometers and the device control is achieved through I²C interface. The low temperature coefficient makes the device ideal for applications requiring a low temperature coefficient variable resistor such as low drift, programmable gain amplifier circuit configurations.
- Supply voltage range is 2.7V to 5.25V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Power-on recall of wiper position from non-volatile memory
- EEPROM write protection
- Ratiometric temperature coefficient of 10ppm/°C
- Static supply current of 1μA
- Data rate of 400Kbps
- Three address inputs allows eight unique address combinations
- End to end resistance is 10Kohm at ±25% tolerance and temperature coefficient is 70ppm/°C
- ±0.5 LSB differential nonlinearity (DNL), ±1 LSB integral nonlinearity (INL) in voltage divider mode
