The ASMB-MTB0-0A3A2 from Avago is a surface mount, tricolour black surface LED in PLCC-4 package. The black top surface of the LED provides better contrast enhancement especially in full colour display. A wide viewing angle together with the built-in reflector drives up the intensity of light output making these LED suitable for use in interior electronics signs also suitable for indoor full colour display.

- LED package with diffused silicon encapsulation
- AlInGaP and InGaN dice technologies
- Forward voltage of 2.1V for red, 3.1V for green and 3.1V for blue
- Forward current (If) is 20mA
- Luminous intensity of 540mcd for red, 1600mcd for green and 350mcd for blue
- Dominant wavelength of 625nm for red, 530nm for green and 470nm for blue
- Peak wavelength of 634nm for red, 522nm for green and 465nm for blue
- Viewing angle of 115°
