The AVT-51663-TR1G is an InGap HBT Gain Block which operates between DC to 6000MHz. The easy-to-use general purpose MMIC gain block amplifier for small-signal gain cascades or IF amplification. AVT-51663 is fabricated using advanced InGaP HBT (Hetero-junction Bipolar Transistor) technology that offers state-of-the-art reliability, temperature stability and performance consistency.
