REF_WATERPUMP100W is a reference design developed for 3-phase automotive auxiliary water pumps in the thermal management system. This Infineon Reference Design Guide describes a detailed implementation of an automotive auxiliary water pump using the 3-phase motor driver TLE9879 of the Embedded Power ICs family as BLDC motor controller. The three half-bridge MOSFET in a SSO8 package are used to control an auxiliary water pump with sensor less FOC.
