Product Overview
The MAX14753EUE+ is a dual 4-channel 72V analogue multiplexer in 16 pin TSSOP package. Device features 60 ohm (typ) on-resistance with 0.03 ohm (typ) on-resistance flatness. This low on-resistance multiplexer conduct equally well in either direction. Flexible logic levels for the channel-select interface are defined by the EN input. It operates with dual supplies or a single supply. This multiplexer support rail to rail input and output signals. The control logic level is defined via the EN input and devices do not require power supply sequencing. It is used in programmable-logic controllers, environment control systems, ATE systems and medical monitoring systems.
- Supply voltage range is 20V to 72V, ± 10V to ± 36V, asymmetric bipolar power supply operation
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Low leakage current and RON improves system accuracy, low on-resistance 60 ohm (typ)
- 0.03ohm (typ) RON flatness over common mode voltage range
- 20nA low input, on leakage current (max)
- Low 25µA IDD supply current in disable mode saves power
- Easy to upgrade with pin compatible, industry standard DG408/DG409
- Break before make time delay is 10µs at RL =10Kohm, crosstalk of 62dB at RS = RL = 50 ohm
- Total harmonic distortion plus noise is 0.0014% at f = 20Hz to 20KHz
- Charge Injection of 200pC at VIN_, VINA_, VINB_ = GND, CL = 1nF
