The MAX6190AESA+ is a precision, micropower, low dropout voltage reference in 8 pin NSOIC package. This voltage reference offers high initial accuracy and very low temperature coefficient through curvature correction circuit and laser trimmed precision thin film resistors. The series mode bandgap references draw a maximum of only 35µA quiescent supply current, making them ideal for battery powered instruments. This MAX6190AESA+ offer a supply current that is virtually immune to input voltage variations. Load regulation specifications provides source and sink currents up to 500µA. This device is internally compensated, making it ideal for applications that require fast settling and is stable with capacitive loads up to 2.2nF.
- Supply voltage range from 2.5V to 12.6V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Output voltage is 1.250V
- Initial accuracy is 2%
- Temperature coefficient is ±2ppm/°C
- Dropout of 100mV at 500µA load current
- Load regulation is 0.12µV/µA at 500µA source current and 0.15V/µA at 500µA sink current
- Line regulation is 8µV/V
- Long term stability is 50ppm/1000hrs at +25°C
