GCJ21BR72A104KA01K is a GCJ series soft termination chip multilayer ceramic capacitor for automotive (powertrain/safety). Cracking caused by flexing stress after board mounting is minimized due to resin external electrodes. This AEC-Q200 / VW80808 (rated voltage is 100V or less) conforming product is ideal for the ECU, control circuits of headlights, etc. of automotive. Applications include automotive powertrain/safety equipment, automotive infotainment/comfort equipment, medical equipment (GHTF A/B/C) except for implant equipment.
- Resin external electrodes suppress cracks by board deflection
- Suppresses occurrence of cracking caused by deflection stress at the time of board mounting, etc
- Ideal for automotive applications
- 0.1µF capacitance, ±10% capacitance tolerance
- 0805 (2012 metric) size, X7R dielectric characteristic
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C
- 100V voltage rating (DC)
