SKKT162/16E is a SKKT 162 series SEMIPACK®1 thyristor / diode module. Typical application includes DC motor control (e.g for machine tools), temperature control (e.g for ovens, chemical, processes), professional light dimming (studios, theatres).
- Heat transfer through aluminium oxide ceramic isolated metal baseplate
- Hard soldered joints for high reliability
- UL recognition, file no. E 63 532
- 1600V VRRM/VDRM, 250A ITRMS/106A ITAV (sin.180, TC = 83°C)
- 1.6kV peak repetitive off state voltage, 150mA max gate trigger current
