The SN74LS243N is a quad Bus Transceiver designed for asynchronous 2-way communications between data buses. The SN74LS243 can be used to drive terminated lines down to 133R. This four-data-line transceiver is characterized for operation from 0 to 70°C.

  • Hysteresis (400mV) at inputs improves noise margin
