Product Overview
ULN2803ADW is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array. The device consists of eight NPN Darlington pairs that feature high-voltage outputs with common-cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. The collector-current rating of each Darlington pair is 500mA. The Darlington pairs may be connected in parallel for higher current capability. Applications include relay drivers, hammer drivers lamp drivers, display drivers (LED and gas, discharge), line drivers, and logic buffers.

- Inputs compatible with various types of logic
- Compatible with ULN2800A Series
- Collector cutoff current is 50μA max (VCE = 50V, II = 0, TA = 25°C)
- Off-state input current is 65μA typ (VCE = 50V, TA = 70°C)
- Input current is 0.93mA typ (VI = 3.85V, TA = 25°C)
- Collector-emitter saturation voltage is 0.9V typ (II = 250μA, IC = 100mA, TA = 25°C)
