                      Product Overview

                      AD5683R is a nanoDAC+® low power, single-channel buffered voltage out digital-to-analogue converter. It includes an enabled by default internal 2.5V reference, offering 2ppm/°C drift. The output span can be programmed to be 0V to VREF or 0V to 2 × VREF. All devices operate from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply and are guaranteed monotonic by design. The internal power-on reset circuit ensures that the DAC register is written to zero scale at power-up while the internal output buffer is configured in normal mode. This contains a power-down mode that reduces the current consumption of the device to 2µA (maximum) at 5V and provides software selectable output loads while in power down mode. Application includes process controls, data acquisition systems, digital gain and offset adjustment, programmable voltage sources.

                      • DC power supply rejection ratio, PSRR is 0.2mV/V typ at (DAC code = midscale; VDD = 5V)
                      • 2nF typical capacitive load stability (RL = ∞, VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V, -40°C <lt/> TA <lt/> +105°C)
