Product Overview
AD7175-2 is a low noise, fast settling, multiplexed, 2-/4- channel (fully/pseudo differential) Σ-Δ analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) for low bandwidth inputs. AD7175-2 integrates key analogue and digital signal conditioning blocks to allow users to configure an individual setup for each analogue input channel in use. Each feature can be user selected on a per channel basis. Integrated true rail-to-rail buffers on the analogue inputs and external reference inputs provide easy to drive high impedance inputs. Typical application includes process control: PLC/DCS modules, temperature and pressure measurement, medical and scientific multichannel instrumentation and chromatography.

- Channel scan data rate of 50KSPS/ch (20µs settling), ±1ppm of FSR INL, internal or external clock
- Performance specifications:17.2 noise free bits at 250KSPS, 20 noise free bits at 2.5KSPS
- 85dB rejection of 50Hz and 60Hz with 50ms settling and on-chip 2.5V reference (±2ppm/°C drift)
- User configurable I/P ch, 2 fully differential ch or 4 single-ended ch, crosspoint multiplexer
- True rail-to-rail analogue and reference input buffers
- Supply: AVDD1 = 5V, AVDD2 = IOVDD = 2 to 5V and split supply with AVDD1/AVSS at ±2.5V
- 3- or 4-wire serial digital interface (Schmitt trigger on SCLK) SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, DSP compatible
- 24 lead TSSOP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 105°C
