Product Overview
AD7376ARUZ100 is a 128-position digital potentiometer. It is one of the few high voltage, high performance digital potentiometers on the market. This device can be used as a programmable resistor or resistor divider. It performs the same electronic adjustment function as mechanical potentiometers, variable resistors, and trimmers with enhanced resolution, solid-state reliability, and programmability. With digital rather than manual control, the AD7376 provides layout flexibility and allows closed-loop dynamic controllability. It features sleep-mode programmability in shutdown that can be used to program the preset before device activation, thus providing an alternative to costly EEPROM solutions. It is used in applications such as high voltage DAC, programmable power supply, programmable gain and offset adjustment, programmable filters, delays, actuator control, audio volume control, mechanical potentiometer replacement.

- Resistance temperature coefficient is -300ppm/°C typical at (VAB = VDD, wiper = no connect)
- 50MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (RAB = 100Kohm, code = 0x40)
- Total harmonic distortion is 0.002% typical at (VA = 1V rms, VB = 0V, f = 1KHz)
- Resistor noise voltage is 2nV√Hz typical at (RWB = 25Kohm, f = 1KHz)
- VW settling time is 4µs typical at (VA = 10V, VB = 0V, ±1LSB error band)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 14-lead TSSOP package
