Product Overview
AD8024 is a low settling time, high-speed, high output voltage quad current feedback operational amplifier. Manufactured on ADI’s proprietary X FHV high-speed bipolar process. Each amplifier has high-output current capability and can drive high capacitive loads. The high voltage drive capability, low settling time, high slew rate, low offset and high bandwidth make the AD8024 ideally suited as an LCD column driver, a video line driver and for use in high-performance test equipment. Typical applications include LCD column drivers, high-performance test equipment, video line driver and ATE.
- Quad high-speed current feedback amplifier with disable
- 350MHz of -3dB BW at G = +1 and slew rate of 2400V/µs, Vs=+12V and 390V/µs slew rate at 6V step
- Drives high capacitive loads
- Settling time to 0.1% in 30ns/18ns at 300pF load, 6V step/5pF load, 2V step
- Low power, operates on +5V to ±12V (24V)
- 4mA/amplifier supply current
- Excellent video specs (RL = 150 ohm, G = +2) features gain flatness 0.1dB to 70MHz
- 0.04% differential gain and 0.09° differential phase
- Crosstalk -58dB at 5MHz and THD -72dBc at 5MHz
- 16 lead SOIC package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
