ADG1233YCPZ-REEL7 is a monolithic iCMOS® analogue switch comprising three independently selectable single-pole, double-throw SPDT switches. All channels exhibit break-before-make switching action preventing momentary shorting when switching channels. An active-low EN input on the ADG1233 enables or disables the device. When disabled, all channels are switched off. The iCMOS (industrial-CMOS) modular manufacturing process combines a high-voltage complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and bipolar technologies. It enables the development of a wide range of high-performance analogue ICs capable of 33V operation in a footprint that no other generation of high-voltage devices has been able to achieve. It is used in applications such as audio and video routing, automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, battery-powered systems, sample-and-hold systems, and communication systems.

• Charge injection is 0.5pC typical at (VS = 0V, RS = 0 ohm, CL = 1nF, +25°C)
• Off isolation is -80dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz, +25°C)
• Total harmonic distortion, THD + N is 0.14% typical at (RL = 10Kohm, V rms, f = 20Hz to 20KHz)
• 900MHz typical at -3dB bandwidth at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, +25°C)
• Source off leakage current is ±0.02nA typical at (VD = ±10V, VS = -10V, +25°C)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 16-lead LFCSP package
