ADG1234YRUZ

ADG1234 is a monolithic iCMOS® analogue switch comprising three independently selectable single-pole, double-throw SPDT switches and four independently selectable SPDT switches, respectively. All channels exhibit break-before-make switching action preventing momentary shorting when switching channels. An EN active high input on the ADG1234 enables or disables the device. When disabled, all channels are switched off. Application includes audio and video routing, automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, battery-powered systems, sample-and-hold systems communication systems.

• On resistance (RON) is 120 ohm typ (VS=±10V, IS=−1mA, VDD=+15V ± 10%, +25°C)
• Channel on leakage ID, IS (On) is ±0.02nA typ (+25°C, VS=VD=±10V)
• Typical -3 dB bandwidth is 900MHz typ (RL=50 ohm, CL=5pF)
• Operating temperature rating range from -40 to +125°C
• 20-lead thin shrink small outline package [TSSOP]
