Product Overview
ADG707 low-voltage, CMOS analogue multiplexer comprising eight differential channels. It switches one of eight differential inputs to a common differential output as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines A0, A1, and A2. An EN input on this device is used to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are switched OFF. All channels exhibit break-before-make switching action preventing momentary shorting when switching channels. This device is also designed to operate from a dual supply of ±2.5V. Application includes data acquisition system, communication system, relay replacement, audio and video switching, battery-powered systems.

- Typical ON resistance flatness (RFLAT(ON) is 0.5ohm (VS=0V to VDD, IDS=10mA, 25°C)
- Minimum input high voltage is 24V (-40°C to 85°C, (VDD=5V ±10%)
- Typical –3dB bandwidth is 36MHz ( RL=50 ohm, CL=5pF, Test Circuit 9)
- Low-power consumption, TTL/CMOS-compatible inputs
- 28-lead thin shrink small outline package [TSSOP]
- Temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
