ADG836YRMZ

ADG836 is a low voltage complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) device containing two independently selectable single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switches. This device offers an ultralow on resistance of less than 0.8 ohm over the full temperature range. It is fully specified for 3.3V, 2.5V, and 1.8V supply operation. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. It exhibits break-before-make switching action. It is widely used in application such as cellular phones, PDAs, MP3 players, power routing, battery-powered systems, PCMCIA cards, modems, audio and video signal routing, communication systems etc.

• On resistance is 0.5ohm typ at (VDD = 2.7V, VS = 0V to VDD, IS = 100mA)
• On-resistance flatness is 0.1ohm typ at (VDD = 2.7V, VS = 0V to VDD)
• 1.65V to 3.6V operation
• High current carrying capability: 300mA continuous
• Rail-to-rail switching operation
• Charge injection is 40pC typ at (VS = 1.5V, RS = 0 ohm, CL = 1nF)
• Channel-to-channel crosstalk is -90dB typ at (S1A to S2A/S1B to S2B, RL = 50 ohm)
• Total harmonic distortion plus noise is 0.02% at (RL = 32 ohm, f = 20Hz to 20KHz, VS = 2V p-p)
• Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C
• Package style is 10-lead mini small outline [MSOP]
