Product Overview
ADUM141D0BRZ-RL7 is a quad-channel digital isolator based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air core transformer technology, this isolation component provides outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers. This device operates with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 1.8V to 5V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier. Unlike other optocoupler alternatives, dc correctness is ensured in the absence of input logic transitions. Application includes general-purpose multichannel isolation, serial peripheral interface (SPI)/data converter isolation, industrial field bus isolation.

- High robustness to radiated and conducted noise, 3 number of I/p VDD1 side
- Propagation delay is 7.2ns typ (50% input to 50% output, TA = 25°C)
- Data rate is 150Mbps min (Within PWD limit, TA = 25°C), 1 number of input VDD2 side
- UL recognition - 3000V rms/3750V rms for 1 minute per UL 1577
