LT®1801 is a dual, low power, high speed rail-to-rail input and output operational amplifier with excellent DC performance. The LT1801 features reduced supply current, lower input offset voltage, lower input bias current and higher DC gain than other devices with comparable bandwidth. Typical applications include low voltage, high frequency signal processing, driving A/D converters, rail-to-rail buffer amplifiers, active filters and video line driver.

• Low voltage operation: single or split supplies 2.3V to 12.6V
• Output swings rail-to-rail, input common mode range includes both rails
• Gain-bandwidth product: 80MHz typ at frequency = 2MHz, TA = 25°C, VS = 5V
• Slew rate: 25V/μs typ at VS = 5V, AV = –1, RL = 1K, VO = 1V to 4V
• Low supply current per amplifier
• Input offset voltage: 350μV max at VCM = 0V and input bias current: 250nA max at VCM = 1V
• 8.5nV/√Hz typ input noise voltage density and 1pA/√Hz typ input noise current density at f = 10KHz
• Common Mode Rejection: 105dB Typ n Power Supply Rejection: 97dB Typ
• 8 lead MSOP package
• Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
