Product Overview
LTC6244 is a dual channel, high speed, unity-gain stable CMOS op-amp. This op-amp has an output stage that swings within 35mV of either supply rail to maximize the signal dynamic range in low supply applications. The input common mode range extends to the negative supply. It is widely used in application such as photodiode amplifiers, charge coupled amplifiers, low noise signal processing, active filters, medical instrumentation, high impedance transducer amplifier etc.
- Input bias current is 1pA typ at 25°C
- Low offset voltage is 40μV typ
- Low offset drift is 0.7μV/°C Max
- Input noise voltage is 1.5μVP-P at (0.1Hz to 10Hz)
- Slew rate is 35V/μs typ at (AV = –2, RL = 1Kohm)
- Gain bandwidth product is 50MHz typ
- Supply operation is 2.8V to 6V
- Low input capacitance is 2.1pF typ
