Product Overview
OP113 low noise low drift single-supply operational amplifier. It has been designed for systems with internal calibration. Often these processor-based OP113 low noise low drift single-supply operational amplifier. This system is capable of calibrating corrections for offset and gain, but they cannot correct for temperature drifts and noise. This optimized for these parameters, this family can be used to take advantage of superior analogue performance combined with digital correction. Many systems using internal calibration operate from unipolar supplies, usually either 5V or 12V. This family is designed to operate from single supplies from 4V to 36V and to maintain its low noise and precision performance. Digital scales and other strain gauge applications benefit from the very low noise and low drift of the this family. Typical applications are multimedia, battery-powered instrumentation, temperature transducer amplifier.
- Output is capable of sinking/sourcing current throughout its range and specified with 600 ohm loads
- Wide bandwidth of 3.4MHz, low noise of 4.7nV/√Hz at 1KHz
- Low offset voltage of 100μV
- Very low drift of 0.2μV/°C
- Unity gain stable, no phase reversal
- Input offset voltage is guaranteed and offset drift is guaranteed to be less than 0.8μV/°C
- −40°C to 85°C temperature range
- 8-Lead SOIC-N package
- Output voltage swings also include the negative supply and go to within 1V of the positive rail
