Product Overview
OP177 is a ultraprecision operational amplifier. The combination of outstanding specifications of the device ensures accurate performance in high closed-loop gain applications. This low noise, bipolar input operational amplifier is also a cost effective alternative to chopper-stabilized amplifiers. The device provides chopper-type performance without the usual problems of high noise, low frequency chopper spikes, large physical size, limited common-mode input voltage range, and bulky external storage capacitors.
- Ultralow offset voltage is 60μV max at TA = 25°C
- Outstanding offset voltage drift is 0.4μV/°C max
- Excellent open-loop gain and gain linearity is 12V/μV typical
- CMRR is 115dB min, slew rate is 0.3V/μs typ
- PSRR is 110dB min, input noise voltage is 118nVrms
- Low supply current is 2.0mA max
- Fits industry-standard precision operational amplifier sockets
- Input bias current is +1.2nA
- Power consumption is 50mW typ
- Operating temperature is −40°C to +85°C, package style is 8-lead SOIC-N
