EZAEG1N50AC is an EZAEG series 1N type ESD suppressor. Recommended applications are smart phones, mobile phones, RF modules, NFC and GPS, ESD suppression of high-speed differential data line such as antenna circuit, HDMI, SATA, USB, display port.

• Low capacitance, good ESD suppression characteristics
• 0.6×0.3mm (EIA:0201) chip size [LxW(EIA)
• 0.04 +0.04/-0.03pF capacitance value, 30V rated voltage
• 500V maximum peak voltage, 100V maximum clamping voltage
• Category temperature range from -55 to +125°C
• 1000h endurance at 85°C

Don't use this product in any driving applications or any other critical functions that may affect passenger's safety (e.g. power train, ABS, engine ECU, air bag, and so on).

Notes

Don't use this product in the engine room. Don’t use this product in applications related to the autonomous driving equipment with system level 3 or higher.
