CY7C65216-24LTXI is an USB-I²C single channel bridge controller. It is compliant to BCD specification rev 1.2. It integrates a voltage regulator, an oscillator, and flash memory for storing configuration parameters, offering a cost-effective solution. It supports bus-powered and self-powered modes and enables efficient system power management with suspend and remote wake-up signals. This bridge controller is mainly used in application such as medical/healthcare devices, point-of-sale (POS) terminals, test and measurement system, gaming systems, set-top box PC-USB interface, industrial, networking, enabling USB connectivity in legacy peripherals etc.

- Battery charger detection (BCD) compliant with USB battery charging specification rev. 1.2
- Integrated USB termination resistors, single-channel configurable UART interfaces
