Product Overview
The HSR312 is a Photovoltaic Solid State Relay Optocoupler with SPST contact and through hole terminals. This optocoupler device consists of an AlGaAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a power MOSFET detector which is driven by a photovoltaic generator.
