C28 is a film capacitor manufactured with segmented metallization to improve reliability. The film winding is placed in a plastic cylinder and then filled with resin. The terminal options include FASTON tabs on a plastic deck or cable terminals. Typical applications include motor run S3 safety class, including single-phase motors, low power electric motors and compressors.
