BPW 34 is a silicon PIN photodiode LED. Applications include electronic equipment, industrial automation (machine controls, light barriers, vision controls).
- Epoxy, diffuse package
- 3B corrosion robustness class
- ESD: 2kV acc. to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM, Class 2)
- Especially suitable for applications from 400nm to 1100nm
- Short switching time (typ. 20ns)
- DIL plastic package with high packing density
- ≥ 55µA photocurrent at Ev = 1000lx; Std. Light A; VR = 5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 100°C
- Reverse voltage is 32V max at TA = 25°C
- Forward voltage is 1.3V typ at IF = 100mA; E = 0, TA = 25°C
