RA4M2 group, 100MHZ Arm® Cortex®-M33 core microcontroller. It features 512KB code flash with background operation, 8KB data flash and 128KB SRAM with parity/ECC. The device also features high-integration with USB 2.0 full-speed and advanced analogue, integrated secure crypto engine with cryptography accelerators, tamper detection and power analysis resistance in concert with Arm TrustZone for integrated secure element functionality. Renesas is expanding Renesas RA4 series with the RA4M2 group based on the latest Arm® Cortex®-M33 core with TrustZone. The extension of RA4 series with CM33 and TrustZone offer increased performance, memory and memory interface expansion, security enhancements, better power efficiency, wake-up time and more connectivity options, all leveraging the uniqueness of RA family MCUs. The RA4M2 is suitable for IoT application requiring strong security, rich connectivity, large embedded RAM with parity/ECC and extreme low power consumption.
