Product Overview
The BD48E54G-MTR is a standard open-drain voltage detector in 5 pin SSOP package. It is a highly accurate, ultra low current consumption voltage detector with N-channel open drain output. This voltage detector is used in circuits using microcontrollers or logic circuits that require a reset for automotive applications (car navigation, car audio, meter panel, exterior lamp etc). It is typically used in single board computer and network attached storage applications.
- Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified
- 5.4V detection voltage and ±1% high accuracy
- Operating voltage of 0.95V at TA = 25°C to 105°C and 1.2V at TA = -40°C to 25°C
- 0.1μA leak current when OFF (VDD=VDS=10V) and ultra-low current consumption of 0.9μA
- Detection voltage temperature coefficient of ±100ppm/°C at TA = -40°C to 105°C
- Circuit current of 0.66μA (VDD=VDET-0.2V, when ON) & 0.9μA (VDD=VDET+2.0V, when OFF)
- Reset active voltage range from 0.95V to 10V
- Output delay time (low to high) of 100μs (CL=100pF, RL=100Kohm, Vout=GND to 50%)
- Very small and low height package
- Wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C
