Product Overview
BV1HV050FJ-CE2 is a 1ch high-side switch for automotive applications. It has a built-in hiccup mode overcurrent protection function, thermal shutdown protection function, open load detection function, under voltage lockout function. It is equipped with a diagnostic output function for abnormality detection. Applications include resistance load, inductance load and capacitance load for automotive application.
- AEC-Q100 qualified, built-in hiccup mode overcurrent protection function (OCP)
- Built-in thermal shutdown protection function (TSD)
- Built-in under voltage lockout function (UVLO)
- Built-in open load detection function (OLD)
- Power supply voltage range from 4.5V to 28.0V
- ON-resistance is 50mohm typical at (Tj = 25°C)
- Standby current is 10µA typical at (Tj = 25°C)
- Operating current is 3.5mA typical at (VBB = 14V, VIN = 5V, VOUT = open)
- Dimension W (Typ) x D (Typ) x H (Max is 4.9mm x 6.0mm x 1.65mm
- Maximum junction temperature is +150°C, SOP-J8 package
