Product Overview
The EFR32MG1P133F256GM48-C0R is an EFR32MG1 Mighty Gecko ZigBee and thread SoC in 48 pin QFN package. It is an energy friendly microcontroller (MCU) with highly integrated radio transceiver. The device is well suited for any battery operated application as well as other systems requiring high performance and low energy consumption. The Mighty Gecko ZigBee & thread family of SoC is part of wireless Gecko portfolio. This SoC is ideal for enabling energy friendly ZigBee & thread networking for IoT devices. The single die solution provides industry leading energy efficiency, ultra fast wake-up times, scalable power amplifier, integrated balun and no compromise MCU features. It has 12-channel peripheral reflex system enabling autonomous interaction of MCU peripherals. The device also features autonomous hardware crypto accelerator, random number generator, integrated balun for 2.4GHz, integrated PA with up to 19.5dBm transmit power for 2.4GHz and 20dBm transmit power for Sub-GHz radios.

- 2 x 16bit timer/counter, 32bit RTC and calendar, 16bit low energy timer & 16bit pulse counter
- 12bit, 1Msps SAR ADC and two analogue comparator (ACMP digital to analogue current converter (IDAC))
