Product Overview
ESDA6V1-5SC6 is a TRANSIL™ array for ESD protection in a 6 pin SOT23 package. It is a 5-bit wide monolithic suppressor which is designed to protect against ESD components connected to data and transmission lines. It is used where transient overvoltage protection in ESD sensitive equipment is required, such as computers, printers, communication systems, cellular phones handsets and accessories, wireline and wireless telephone sets and set top boxes.
- Peak pulse power (8/20µs) is 100W
- 5 unidirectional Transil™ functions
- Low leakage current: IR max. <lt/> 1µA
- Breakdown voltage: VBR = 6.1V minimum
- Suitable for high density boards
- Complies with IEC61000-4-2 Level 4-15KV (air discharge), 8KV(contact discharge) standards
- Operating temperature range from -40 to +125°C
