Product Overview
HVD3220 is a 2KV, 400MHz high voltage differential probe with 2m cable. The HVD3000A series high voltage differential probes provide high CMRR over a broad frequency range to simplify the measurement challenges found in noisy, high common-mode power electronics environments. The probe’s design is easy-to-use and enables safe, precise high voltage floating measurements.
- 875ps rise time, 1300V/ns (typical) slew rate
- ±2000Vpk (nominal, either input to ground) maximum input voltage to earth
- ±2000V (DC + peak AC) common mode voltage range
- 50x / 100x / 250x / 500x attenuation
- 10Mohm/2pF (between inputs), 5Mohm/4pF (either input to ground) input impedance
- AC and DC coupling
- ProBus active probe interface with automatic scaling
- AutoZero with auto disconnect switch
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 50°C
