Product Overview
The CD4070BM is a CMOS quad Exclusive-OR Gate. The device provide the system designer with a means for direct implementation of the Exclusive-OR functions. The device features standardized symmetrical output characteristics and 5V, 10V and 15V parametric ratings.
- High-voltage types (20V Rating)
- 65ns Medium speed operation
- 100% Tested for quiescent current at 20V
- 1µA at 18V Maximum input current
- 2.5V at VDD = 15V Noise margin
- Meets all requirements of JEDEC tentative standard No. 13B
