Product Overview
74VHCV07FT(BJ) is an advanced high speed CMOS buffer fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. Output has high performance MOS N-channel transistor. (OPEN-DRAIN outputs). Input pin has hysteresis between the positive-going and negative-going thresholds. Thus the 74VHCV07FT is capable of squaring up transitions of slowly changing input signals such as line receivers. Input protection and output circuit ensure that 0 to 5.5 V can be applied to the input and output pins without regard to the supply voltage. This structure prevents device destruction due to mismatched supply and input/output voltages such as battery back up, etc.

- Propagation delay time is 3.8ns typ (VCC= 5.0 ±0.5V, 15pF, Ta = 25°C)
- Power dissipation capacitance is 4pF typ (Ta = 25°C, input: tr = tf = 3ns)
- Wide operating voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V
- Power-down protection is provided on all inputs and outputs
- Pin and function compatible with the 74 series (74AC/HC/AHC/LV etc.) 07 type
- Quiescent supply current is 2.0µA max (VCC = 5.5V, VIN = VCC or GND, Ta = 25°C)
- Input leakage current is ±0.1µA maximum at (VCC = 0 to 5.5, VIN = 5.5 V or GND)
- 14-pin TSSOP14B package, operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
