Product Overview
TC4W66FU(TE12L,F) is a CMOS digital silicon monolithic IC. It contains two independence circuits of bidirectional switches. When control input CONT is set to “H” level, the impedance between input and output of the switch becomes low and when it is set to “L” level, the switch becomes high. This can be applied for switching of analogue signals and digital signals.
- DC supply voltage range from 3V to 18V
- On-state resistance is 290 ohm typ at (0 ≤ VIS ≤ VDD, RL = 10Kohm, Ta = 25°C)
- Quiescent current is 0.5µA max at (VIN = VDD, VSS, 10V, Ta = 25°C)
- Frequency response is 30MHz typ at (RL = 1Kohm, CL = 50pF, Ta = 25°C)
- Total harmonic distortion is 0.03% typ at (RL = 1Kohm, CL = 50pF, Ta = 25°C)
- Input capacitance is 5pF typ at (control input, Ta = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- SSOP8 package
