Product Overview
ADR550 is a high precision shunt mode voltage reference. The low operating current and ease of use make this reference ideally suited for handheld, battery-powered applications. A trim terminal is available on the device to allow adjustment of the output voltage over a ±0.5% range, without affecting the temperature coefficient of the device. This feature provides users with the flexibility to trim out small system errors. It is widely used in application such as portable, battery-powered equipment, automotive, power supplies, data acquisition systems, instrumentation and process control, energy measurement etc.

- Initial accuracy is 10mV
- Temperature coefficient is 40ppm/°C
- Voltage noise is 18μV p-p typical at (0.1Hz to 10Hz)
- No external capacitor required
- Operating current range is 50μA to 15mA
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C
- Package style is 3-lead SOT-23-3
