Product Information
Product Overview
LTC2202 is a 16bit A/D converter designed for digitizing high frequency, wide dynamic range signals with input frequencies upto 380MHz. The input range of the ADC can be optimized with the PGA front end. A single-ended CLK input controls converter operation. An optional clock duty cycle stabilizer allows high performance at full speed with a wide range of clock duty cycles. A separate output power supply allows the CMOS output swing to range from 0.5V to 3.6V. It is widely used in application such as telecommunications, receivers, cellular base stations, spectrum analysis, imaging systems, ATE etc.
- Sampling frequency is 10MHz maximum
- Signal-to-noise ratio is 81.6dBFS typical at (1MHz input, 2.25V range, PGA = 0)
- Spurious free dynamic range (4th harmonic or higher) is 90dBc typical at (70MHz input)
- Analog input range is 1.667VP-P or 2.5VP-P
- Optional internal dither, optional data output randomizer
- Single 3.3V supply, clock duty cycle stabilizer
- Power dissipation is 140mW typical
- Integral linearity error is ±4LSB max, differential linearity error is ±1LSB max
- Operating temperature is 0°C to 70°C
- Package style is 48-lead plastic QFN
