DFLU1200-7 is a 1A surface mount glass passivated rectifier ideally suited for automated assembly. It is a compact, low profile PowerDI®123 package.
- Peak repetitive reverse voltage is 200V
- RMS reverse voltage is 140V
- Non-repetitive peak forward surge current is 30A
- Super-fast recovery time for high efficiency
- ±2KV ESD protection (IEC61000-4-2, contact discharge)
- Maximum forward voltage drop of 0.98V at IF = 1.0A
