Product Overview
TLE4929CXHAM38NHAMA1 is a universal speed sensor. It has two integrated capacitors on the lead frame. A pull-up resistor RLoad is mandatory on the output pin and determines the maximum current through the output transistor. It is ideally suited for crankshaft applications and similar industrial applications, such as speedometers or any speed sensor with high accuracy and low jitter capabilities.
- Measures speed and position of tooth/pole wheels
- Switching point in middle of the tooth enables backward compatibility
- Magnetic stray-field robustness due to differential sensing principle
- Direction detection and stop-start-algorithm, AEC qualified
- Programable switching threshold for additional accuracy
- Hybrid-Algorithm keeps TLE4929C-XHA calibrated during electric drive
- Supply voltage without supply resistance range from 4.0 to 16V, -825ppm typical TC
- Continuous output off voltage range from 1.0 to 16V
- Supply current range from 8.0 to 13.4mA
- PG-SSO-3-53 package, junction temperature range from -40 to 185°C (max. 10 × 1h, VDD = 16V)
