Product Overview
The MCP1501-33E/SN is a high precision buffered voltage reference in 8 pin NSOIC package. This voltage reference is capable of sinking and sourcing 20mA of current. The voltage reference is a low-drift bandgap-based reference. The bandgap uses chopper based amplifiers, reducing the drift to zero, providing high current output with no degradation in performance. It is used in precision data acquisition systems, high resolution data converters, industrial controls and battery powered devices.
- Supply voltage range from 3.5V to 5.5V
- Output voltage range from 3.2975V to 3.3025V
- Maximum supply current of 550µA at no load, low typical operating current of 140μA
- Power-on-reset release voltage is 1.45V and power-on-reset rearm voltage is 0.8V
- Temperature coefficient is ±50ppm/°C (max) and ±10ppm/°C (typ) from -40°C to +125°C
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- Maximum line regulation of 50ppm/V at VDD(MIN) <lt/> VDD <lt/> 5.5V
- Output noise is <lt/> 0.1µVP-P at (0.1Hz to 10Hz)
