Product Overview
MCP6232-E/MS is a dual rail-to-rail operational amplifier that provides wide bandwidth for the quiescent current. It supports rail-to-rail input and output swing, with a common-mode input voltage range of VDD + 300mV to VSS – 300mV. This op-amp is designed in one of Microchip’s advanced CMOS processes. Application includes automotive, portable equipment, transimpedance amplifiers, analogue filters, notebooks and PDAs, battery-powered systems.
- Gain bandwidth product is 300KHz typ (TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8 to 5.5V, VSS = GND)
- Quiescent current per amplifier is 20µA typ (IO = 0, VCM = VDD – 0.5V, TA = +25°C)
- Supply voltage range from 1.8 to 6.0V (VSS= GND, TA= +25°C)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 83dB typ (VCM = VSS, TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8V to +5.5V)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 75dB typ (VCM = -0.3V to 5.3V, VDD = 5V, TA = +25°C)
- Phase margin is 65° typ (G = +1 V/V, TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8 to 5.5V, VSS = GND)
