TWR-MCF5225X-KIT

The TWR-MCF5225X-KIT is a tower system kit for the MCF5225X V2 ColdFire connectivity microcontrollers. The MCF5225x family consists of highly integrated devices with on chip USB, Ethernet, CAN and encryption functions featuring the complete MQX RTOS software at no additional cost. The tower system module is designed to enable rapid prototyping and development for applications requiring connectivity through Ethernet, USB and CAN. The TWR-MCF5225X operates as a standalone debug tool and can also be combined and used as part of the modular tower system development platform. It can be powered by the OSBDM circuit via the mini B USB connector and an onboard, MC9S08JM60 based open source BDM (OSBDM) circuit provides a debug interface to the MCF5225X. The TWR-MCF5225X features two expansion card edge connectors that interface to elevator boards in a tower system, the primary and secondary elevator connectors.
