BD5217G-2C is a highly accurate, low current consumption voltage detector IC with a capacitor controlled time delay. The line-up includes N-channel open drain output. It is widely used in application such as all automotive devices that requires voltage detection.
- Delay time setting controlled by external capacitor
- Nano energy, very small, lightweight and thin package
- Ultra-low current consumption is 270nA typical
- Time delay accuracy is ±50%
- Output type is open drain
- Detection voltage is 1.7V
- Delay time is 55.5ms typical at (VOUT＝GND→50%, CT=0.01μF)
- Output leak current is 1µA maximum at (VDD= VDS=6V)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C
- Package style is SSOP5
