Product Overview
The BU33SD2MG-MTR is a 3.3V fixed output high-performance full CMOS low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator with 200mA output. The device has excellent noise characteristics and load responsiveness characteristics despite its low circuit current consumption of 35μA.
- ±1% Output voltage accuracy
- High accuracy detection
- Compatible with small ceramic capacitor (Cin = Co = 0.47µF)
- With built-in output discharge circuit
- High ripple rejection
- ON/OFF control of output voltage
- Built-in over current protection circuit and thermal shutdown circuit
