Product Overview
The ESDA6V1SC6 is a Transil™ Quad Array for ESD protection. The monolithic voltage suppressor designed to protect components which are connected to data and transmission lines against ESD. They clamp the voltage just above the logic level supply for positive transients and to a diode drop below ground for negative transient. Suitable for high density boards.

- Up to 30kV High ESD protection level
- 2μA at 5.25V Maximum reverse current
- 19V at 18A Clamping voltage
